My Tribute to One Piece

So here we go.. ;)

Luffy taught me to stand behind your ideas, no matter how many people will laugh at you. Zoro taught me never to forget your friends and to keep the promisis you made, even if they are no longer with you. Nami taught me to do what is right instead of what is easy, even if it means making sacrifices. Usopp taught me that overcoming your fears is easy when you're doing it for a friend. Sanji taught me that if you owe someone your life.. it does not mean that you have to live in duty to this person. If you mean something to them, they want you to live your own dreams. Chopper taught me to look past prejudices. Monsters can't be identified by appearance. Robin taught me that hard work and determination will lead to success. And that the world's history is a part of our own history. Franky taught me that it's worthwhile to engage yourself for others. They'll care about you in return. Brook taught me that the connection between friends lasts beyond death. And that music can rock your soul.

Shanks taught me that it is important to invest in the next generation. Sabo taught me that your family does not define who you are. Mihawk taught me that everything depends on fate somehow. Bellemere, Nico Olvia and Portgas D. Rouge taught me that no one loves you more than your mother. Jeff taught me that a strong will is sometimes the important thing if you want to reach your goals. Dr. Hiluluk taught me to judge people by who they are, not by what they are. Hagwar D. Sauro taught me to smile when the world becomes dark. Prof. Clover taught me that knowledge is a precious treasure that must be guarded. Tom taught me to be proud of what you've accomplished in your life, no matter what comes next. Ace and Nojiko taught me that brother- or sisterhood is more than having the same blood. Vivi taught me that you have to believe in your friends, no matter how hopeless it seems. Edward Newgate taught me that family is one of the important things in life. But that blood kinship is irrelevant. Boa Hancock taught me that love is the most powerful magic. Jinbe taught me to fight for equality and that people will accept each other finally. Bentham taught me that former enemies can also become the best of friends.

And.. they all taught me to chase your dreams, even if they seem impossible. And to cherish friendship and love because it's the closest thing we have to magic in this world.

My thanks to Eiichiro Oda for the masterpiece and all the lessons we learned. And thanks to my dear friend Jenny for the inspiration. ;)
